Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Present product solutions to prospects via virtual demos and tailored value propositions
- Manage full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract negotiation and closure
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline activity in Salesforce
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Exceed monthly revenue targets while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing product training to master new solution features
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B inside sales experience with proven track record of meeting quotas
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- Strong objection handling and negotiation expertise in enterprise sales
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work independently during night shifts
- Experience selling SaaS solutions or technology products strongly preferred
