- Qualify inbound leads and schedule appointments with decision-makers.
- Deliver compelling product presentations and handle objections to move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate closely with marketing teams to refine targeting strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Manage and update customer data accurately within the CRM system.
- Meet and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and drive upsells.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Account Management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a commission-based environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive tone.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive is a plus).
