Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new leads through outbound prospecting and cold calling.
- Present and demonstrate our premium services to prospective clients via phone and email.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective outreach campaigns.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client retention.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Conduct product demos and negotiate contracts to close deals.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently and hit quotas.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
