Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through proactive prospecting and networking within the local El Paso community.
- Conduct face-to-face sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Close deals and negotiate contracts to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify market trends and refine sales strategies.
- Manage a consistent pipeline of leads using CRM software to track progress and forecast revenue.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in outside sales or business-to-business (B2B) sales.
- Valid Driverβs License and a reliable, insured vehicle for local travel.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A self-starter mentality with a strong desire to earn based on performance.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends for networking events.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
