Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads via phone, email, and digital channels
- Build rapport with potential customers through consultative conversations
- Present product solutions aligned with client needs
- Meet/exceed monthly sales targets using Salesforce CRM
- Collaborate with marketing team on lead generation strategies
- Update CRM records and maintain accurate pipeline data
- Participate in weekly sales training and coaching sessions
Qualifications
- No sales experience required – we train all new hires
