Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify leads through inbound/outbound calls, emails, and CRM management
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while presenting product solutions
- Exceed monthly sales targets by effectively communicating value propositions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
- Document sales activities and maintain accurate pipeline data in Salesforce
- Participate in weekly sales training and performance optimization sessions

Qualifications
- 2+ years of inside sales or B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
