Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify new B2B leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and digital outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling techniques
- Exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets with uncapped commission incentives
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track sales metrics and pipeline management
- Present product demonstrations tailored to prospect needs and pain points

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of B2B inside sales experience with SaaS or tech products
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas with uncapped commission models
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex value propositions
- Strong analytical skills for pipeline forecasting and opportunity qualification
- Valid Texas driver's license and willingness for occasional regional travel
