Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via phone and email to identify new business opportunities.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle, from initial lead contact to closing deals and account management.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads using CRM software (Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies.
- Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telemarketing, or Customer Success is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to close deals and negotiate contracts.
- Self-motivated with a "hustle" mentality and a hunger for success.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree a plus.
