The Role:
We are seeking a driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing department. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for qualifying leads, building rapport, and closing deals remotely.
Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new business leads through cold calling, email outreach, and networking events.
- Manage and nurture a high-volume sales pipeline using Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Conduct needs assessments and present tailored solutions to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
- Track key metrics and report on sales performance daily.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in B2B inside sales.
- Strong proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience is a major plus).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
