Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans to penetrate new markets across Southern California
- Conduct face-to-face sales presentations to C-level executives at Fortune 500 companies
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets through consultative selling and solution-based approaches
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline forecasting using Salesforce
- Collaborate with product teams to tailor solutions for complex enterprise clients
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Participate in quarterly sales conferences and ongoing professional development
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years B2B outside sales experience with verifiable $500K+ annual quotas
- Proven track record of selling SaaS solutions or enterprise software
- Expert knowledge of Salesforce and sales automation tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for territory coverage
- Ability to travel 60-70% of time with overnight stays as required
