Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound calls and email campaigns to generate qualified leads for our sales team.
- Present products and services to prospective clients, highlighting value propositions and unique selling points.
- Manage and track daily interactions in our CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot) to ensure accurate pipeline management.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to refine targeting strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Nurture relationships with existing leads to move them through the sales funnel efficiently.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets set by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not mandatory.
- Previous experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to articulate value clearly.
- Resilience and a 'hunter' mentality with a desire to overcome objections.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
