Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound leads via phone and email with a focus on conversion and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct needs analysis and product demonstrations to identify the best solutions for prospective clients.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for our field sales representatives to ensure maximum coverage.
- Update and maintain accurate records in our CRM system (Salesforce/HubSpot) to track progress.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and improve lead quality.
- Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Strong verbal communication and persuasive negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting with a high degree of self-motivation.
- Flexibility to work part-time hours, including weekends or evenings as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
