Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new business leads through outbound calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Manage and nurture leads through the sales pipeline using Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide accurate pricing and policy information.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets (KPIs).
- Update CRM records accurately and maintain a clean contact database.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is highly preferred.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
