Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Utilize various channels to identify and qualify potential clients in the Austin area.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to ensure high retention rates.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling product demonstrations and sales pitches to decision-makers.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Closing Deals: Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales data in our CRM system.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in B2B sales or a related field.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
- Dedication: A self-starter attitude with a strong drive to succeed and earn commission.
- Location: Must reside in or be willing to commute to Austin, Texas.
- Tools: Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, but equivalent experience is valued.
