Responsibilities
- Execute high-quality sales transactions, including register operations and payment processing.
- Provide exceptional customer service to local clientele, answering inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking shelves and performing nightly stock counts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor to enhance the customer experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and adhere to all company loss prevention policies.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless operational transitions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous sales experience is a plus.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with a focus on local community engagement.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with retail technology.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team during off-hours.
