Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new business leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to closing and onboarding.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Inside Sales or B2B sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
