Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Proactively generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and targeted prospecting within the Oakland area.
- Client Engagement: Conduct professional product presentations and discovery meetings to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
- Closing & Negotiation: Guide prospects through the sales funnel, handle objections effectively, and close deals to meet and exceed monthly targets.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure retention and identify upsell opportunities.
- Market Expansion: Identify market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and improve local market share.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or retail management.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
- Dedication: A strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a desire to work in a high-performance sales environment.
- Local Presence: Must reside in or near the Oakland, CA area with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- CRM Proficiency: Basic familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Goal-Oriented: Ability to set, track, and achieve ambitious sales goals.
