Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers in the DC and IL markets.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
- Present product demonstrations and effectively handle customer objections.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in outside sales, business development, or telesales.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
