Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through inbound/outbound channels, CRM systems, and targeted campaigns
- Develop customized solution presentations and product demonstrations for enterprise clients
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while maintaining 95% activity compliance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, support) to optimize sales strategies
- Document all interactions in Salesforce and maintain accurate pipeline forecasting
- Participate in weekend sales blitzes and quarterly offsite team-building events
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B sales experience with SaaS/tech products (inside sales preferred)
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets ($500k+ annually)
- Expert proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach, and HubSpot
- Exceptional negotiation skills with C-level executives and procurement teams
- Self-starter mentality with ability to thrive in autonomous weekend environment
- Strong analytical skills for pipeline management and data-driven decision making
- BA/BS degree or equivalent sales certifications (SDR, AE, etc.)
