Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming leads via phone and email during the night shift.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify client requirements and recommend tailored solutions.
- Close deals and convert prospects into long-term customers.
- Update customer relationship management (CRM) systems accurately and in real-time.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or customer service (1+ years preferred).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid night setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
