Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Conduct outbound calls and emails to identify and qualify new business leads within the Raleigh, NC and Virginia markets.
- Customer Engagement: Handle inbound leads and proactively nurture existing client relationships to ensure high retention rates.
- Sales Execution: Utilize CRM software to manage the sales pipeline, schedule appointments, and close deals according to company quotas.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities in the local and regional markets.
- Documentation: Accurately update customer records and provide detailed reports on daily activities and sales performance.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the day-shift management team to ensure seamless handovers and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or telemarketing is preferred.
- Location: Must reside in the Raleigh, NC area or willing to relocate; experience serving the Virginia market is a plus.
- Availability: Must be willing to work the night shift schedule (specific hours to be discussed).
- Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and a persuasive, professional demeanor.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing is a plus.
