Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new leads through phone, email, and CRM systems
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling
- Meet/exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Document sales activities and pipeline progress in Salesforce
- Participate in ongoing product and sales technique training
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
- 0-2 years sales or customer service experience
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
