Responsibilities
- Execute outbound sales strategies to generate high-quality leads and convert them into qualified opportunities.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting through to closing contracts and account activation.
- Utilize CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track interactions, update pipelines, and analyze performance metrics.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to refine sales collateral and messaging.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas consistently.
- Participate in ongoing training programs to master product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or customer success.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Self-motivated, competitive, and able to work independently with a strong sense of urgency.
- Ability to navigate rejection and maintain a positive attitude in a high-volume environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
