Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Present product solutions to potential clients via virtual and phone demonstrations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales lifecycle
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets using Salesforce CRM
- Collaborate with marketing team on lead generation strategies
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and contract negotiations
- Track sales metrics and maintain accurate pipeline data
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of inside sales or B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical abilities for pipeline management
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
