Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to drive sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Manage inventory, stock shelves, and maintain a clean, organized sales floor.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS).
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive shopping environment.
