Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking within the local New York market.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting and qualification to closing deals and account retention.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects using Salesforce and CRM tools.
- Conduct product demonstrations and present tailored solutions to prospective clients to address their specific business needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies and optimize campaign performance.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including call volume, conversion rates, and revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B inside sales, telesales, or account management.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and negotiate effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
