Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products/services that align with their preferences.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Manage inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment and organization during off-peak hours.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales environment to enhance the customer experience.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction and loyalty.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales performance targets.
- Cross-train with team members to ensure seamless operations during the shift.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or retail (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Must be available to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting moderate weights.
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
