Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within the designated territory.
- Conduct high-impact product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
- Manage a daily schedule of client meetings and follow-ups to maximize productivity.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Document all sales activities and customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Outside Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation (required for field visits).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive "hunter" mentality.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but relevant experience is valued highly.
