Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new leads and qualify potential clients.
- Present product demos and tailored solutions to decision-makers, overcoming objections and closing deals.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and onboarding.
- Consistently meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets (KPIs).
- Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide feedback on customer needs and market trends.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or Call Center sales (Tech/SaaS experience is a plus).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive) is highly preferred.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
