Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage with new leads through cold calling, emailing, and networking.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients in Jacksonville and surrounding North Carolina regions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to refine sales strategies.
- Document all client interactions accurately in our CRM system.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Customer Service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for regional meetings.
- High school diploma or GED required.
