Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound calling campaigns to generate qualified leads for our New York and Florida markets.
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Manage and nurture leads through the sales pipeline using Salesforce and CRM tools.
- Accurately document all client interactions and activity in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the weekend operations team to ensure consistent follow-ups and closing strategies.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Resolve customer inquiries and objections to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with availability for occasional weekday shifts.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Resilient work ethic with a hunger for financial growth and success.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid office environment.
