Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads.
- Qualify inbound leads and conduct needs analysis to identify the best solutions for prospective clients.
- Present product demos and tailored proposals to decision-makers, highlighting value propositions.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Utilize Salesforce and CRM tools to accurately track activity, update client records, and forecast revenue.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Attend weekly training sessions and team meetings to stay aligned with company goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B inside sales, account management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive) and Microsoft Office Suite.
