Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to generate new business opportunities.
- Qualify leads and book appointments for the outside sales team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Close deals and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track sales activities and manage pipelines.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of proven experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Customer Service.
- Must be available to work the night shift (e.g., 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM software is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a professional demeanor.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus.
