What You Will Do
As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, connecting clients with solutions that drive their success.
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business leads in the Fresno and Florida markets.
- Sales Execution: Consult with prospective clients, identify pain points, and present tailored solutions to close deals.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions, deals, and customer data in our CRM system.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas through effective time management.
- Client Retention: Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in daily sales huddles and team training sessions to stay ahead of market trends.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Self-Motivation: A hungry, results-oriented mindset with the drive to succeed in a commission-based role.
- Availability: Must be available to work a night shift schedule (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM or similar).
