Key Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and generate new business leads through outbound calling, emailing, and social selling.
- Qualify leads and conduct needs analysis to identify potential clients.
- Present product demonstrations and clearly articulate the value proposition to decision-makers.
- Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and close deals to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Manage the sales pipeline within our CRM system, ensuring accurate data entry and forecasting.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies.
Qualifications
- 1-3+ years of B2B sales experience (experience in SaaS, Healthcare, or Tech preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive).
- Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly self-motivated with a hunter mentality and a passion for sales.
- Willingness to work full-time hours and adapt to a fast-paced sales environment.
