What You'll Do:
As our Inside Sales Rep, you will:
- Execute high-volume outbound and inbound sales calls to generate qualified leads.
- Build rapport with prospective clients and understand their pain points.
- Present product demos and negotiate pricing to close deals.
- Manage a pipeline of prospects using Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Who You Are:
- 1+ years of experience in B2B or B2C sales (Remote or In-office experience a plus).
- A self-starter with a hunger for success and commission.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Available to work the night shift (e.g., 4 PM - 1 AM or 5 PM - 2 AM).
- Proficient with technology and CRM software.
