Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and local market outreach.
- Present and demonstrate company services to potential clients in the Jacksonville area.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure retention.
- Close sales agreements and negotiate contracts to meet monthly and quarterly quotas.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Attend daily sales meetings and training sessions to stay ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Outside Sales, B2B sales, or commission-based roles (experience in the service industry is a plus).
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation for local field calls.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude, high energy, and a strong desire to succeed.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively.
