Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue Growth: Proactively identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and understanding their unique needs.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new business sectors within the New York area.
- Presentations: Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting key value propositions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and provide feedback on customer needs.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline data within our CRM system.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in direct sales, account management, or retail sales.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- Determination: A track record of hitting sales targets and a competitive drive to succeed.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Availability: Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings if required by business needs.
