Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans to exceed sales targets in the El Paso region
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and industry events
- Present complex solutions to C-level decision-makers across diverse industries
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and implementation
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide weekly sales pipeline reports
- Collaborate with product specialists to customize solutions for client needs
- Participate in quarterly sales strategy sessions and quarterly team-building activities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Strong proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for territory coverage
- Spanish bilingual proficiency strongly preferred for local market engagement
- Ability to travel 25-30% within West Texas region
