Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify inbound and outbound leads to support the sales pipeline.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients via phone and video conferencing.
- Manage customer relationships and provide exceptional service to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
- Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system (Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing is a plus.
- Previous experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service preferred.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting goals.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
