Role Overview:
You will be responsible for generating new business, qualifying leads, and closing deals over the phone and email. This is a high-volume, high-reward role perfect for those who want to take control of their career trajectory.
Responsibilities
- Proactively contact and engage potential clients via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads.
- Present product demonstrations and value propositions to prospective customers to address their pain points.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets consistently.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Customer Success (equivalent experience will be considered).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
