Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business opportunities.
- Qualify leads through active listening and identifying key client pain points.
- Present product demonstrations and tailored solutions to prospective clients to drive conversions.
- Manage a daily pipeline of leads using Salesforce and internal CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
- Close deals and negotiate contracts to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or lead generation.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a commission-based role.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy sales environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (optional for remote hybrid roles).
