Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through outbound calling, email campaigns, and social media.
- Conduct needs assessments with potential clients to identify pain points and propose tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
- Manage and update customer data accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in inside sales, customer service, or telecommunications.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a "hunter" mentality.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
