Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through phone, email, and digital channels
- Develop and maintain client relationships across multiple industries
- Present product solutions tailored to customer needs
- Meet/exceed quarterly sales targets using Salesforce CRM
- Collaborate with marketing on lead generation campaigns
- Provide detailed sales forecasts and pipeline reports
- Participate in weekly team training and strategy sessions
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B inside sales experience
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Excellent written/verbal communication abilities
- Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset
- Valid driver's license (occasional client meetings)
