Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through inbound/outbound calls, emails, and digital channels
- Present product solutions tailored to client needs using consultative selling techniques
- Close sales deals while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction metrics

Qualifications
- 1+ years of B2B sales experience (inside/outside sales) or equivalent success
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling capabilities
