- Needs Analysis: Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their specific business needs and recommend tailored solutions.
- Market Expansion: Research and identify new market opportunities within Illinois and the broader Midwest region.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system, tracking all interactions, sales cycles, and pipeline progress.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies and provide feedback on market trends.
- Professional Representation: Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings with a high degree of professionalism.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in sales, account management, or business development.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
- CRM Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
- Self-Motivation: A high degree of initiative, resilience, and the ability to work independently while collaborating within a team.
- Regional Knowledge: Demonstrated knowledge of the Chicago and Illinois market landscape is a significant plus.
- Driving License: Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for client visits.
