Apex Solutions Group is expanding our sales team in Detroit, Michigan, and is seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our weekend operations. Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound calling campaigns to generate qualified leads and new business opportunities.
- Manage inbound sales inquiries, providing exceptional product knowledge and consultation to close deals.
- Meet and consistently exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system regarding customer interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure a seamless transition from sales to onboarding.
- Participate in daily sales huddles and weekly training sessions to refine closing techniques and market knowledge.
- Identify and document market trends to help improve sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in Inside Sales, Telemarketing, or Account Management.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a persuasive and consultative sales approach.
- Ability to work a weekend schedule (e.g., Saturday & Sunday) with flexibility for shift coverage.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of hitting targets.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
