In this role, you will be the face of our brand, connecting with prospective clients and guiding them through our premium solutions. We provide the leads, the training, and the tools—you bring the charisma and the drive to close.
Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue: Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting and qualification calls to generate new business opportunities.
- Client Engagement: Consult with prospects to identify their specific needs and present tailored solutions that drive value.
- Closing: Skillfully navigate objections and negotiate contracts to secure new client partnerships.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and sales activities in Salesforce.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Target Achievement: Consistently hit and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in B2B inside sales, telemarketing, or customer success is preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills with a persuasive, professional tone.
- Self-Motivation: A hunger for success and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- CRM Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Attitude: A "winning" mindset and resilience in the face of rejection.
- Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus.
