Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to determine needs and recommend appropriate products/services.
- Drive store sales through upselling, cross-selling, and promoting loyalty programs.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor environment.
- Build lasting relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily and weekly performance goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or hospitality is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with handheld POS devices.
