Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads and new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and strategic outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while understanding their unique needs and pain points
- Present product solutions and close deals to meet/exceed monthly sales targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction
- Utilize CRM systems (Salesforce) to track interactions and maintain accurate sales pipelines
- Participate in ongoing sales training and product knowledge workshops
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 0-2 years of sales or customer service experience (internships welcome)
